The service was incredibly disappointing—truly the worst I've experienced. It felt as though the server completely forgot about us! It took an age to receive anything.

The restaurant had inadequate signage and an entirely dark staircase, so we decided not to stay. We also noticed there were no other customers present.

After about 45 minutes, the server returned to inform us that they didn’t have any espresso but could offer coffee instead, which my friend accepted. Two hours after we had ordered our food, it finally arrived, but five of us received cold meals—not warm, but genuinely cold! Our server didn’t check back with us, so I approached a gentleman named Brad, who said he was one of the partners. I mentioned that our food was cold and that one meal hadn’t even arrived. His response was simply, “What do you want me to do? Do you want me to reheat it?” I was at a loss for words and asked him to repeat himself; yes, he actually suggested warming it up. It was almost comical. Then he offered to have the kitchen remake the meals and went to inform them. Shortly after, our server finally brought out the coffee and admitted it was her fault for forgetting it. After another 45 minutes, I told our server that we were done waiting; we were starving, and we just wanted to leave. By this time, the sixth person in our party still hadn’t received their meal. We paid for our drinks and tipped our server more than we probably should have because we felt sorry for her despite our frustrations about the food. I will never return to this restaurant again. Clearly, one of the partners should not be as involved in the operation as he is. If I could, I would give it zero stars. The only redeeming aspect of the experience was the incredible drag show and the amazing queens!

The food is beyond awful! The chicken was rubbery. The mashed sweet potatoes Luke-warm. The asparagus was limp and drowning in oil. The positive. The band was good

Looking for a Sunday brunch stop that takes reservations, we tried Society. Nice outdoor seating that masks the mall location. Small brunch menu but adequate. Eggs Benedict executed well. Could be noisy inside if crowded.
