Ordnete soup for my sick grandchild on 6/8/2022 and took it at 5:15- when I opened it at home the chicken

Ordered chicken salad sandwich and there had no meat on it, nothing except bread and salad. Paid $12 for nothing. The page instruction was wrong, it told them twice and still got it wrong. Cashier doesn't even say hello to customers. Waste of money and will never go back.

Because of my lack of attention, I have set up a wrong order. The staff and the manager were super nice and went out to reimburse me and fix my order without additional costs. Double thumb on customer satisfaction

I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. It was definitely not freshly cooked, it was sitting for a while and simply reheated. The chicken breast was very dry. However, I liked the different types of lemonades as they do not use sugar or high fructose corn syrup to sweeten it. I talked to the manager about the food and she said there was nothing she could do. Panera Brotslogan is how food should be. I don't agree. The college children also use this place as a Wi-Fi workstation as they are there for hours. The problem is that they take all available parking places so that you have to park a little away and go.

Eva was impressive with regard to her customer service. I'm assuming she's the manager, if not she should be. She went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. Any concerns were addressed as if they were her own. Great positive attitude! I would definitely come back.
