Da Vinci's Italian And Pizzeria

I was in the area and was looking for something to eat for dinner after a long day. Found this restaurant near my hotel. Very limited menu right now. For what I was charged I felt the portions were much too small. Have received bigger portions from higher class restaurants for less money. Food was prepared fine, nothing wrong but nothing special. Service was nice enough but once my food was served they never came back until I finished the meal and was ready for the check. I am in this area a few times a year and will find something else next time.

We were in town on work. We came across Da Vinci's after we finished working on our way out of town. I am glad we did. The atmosphere was great. The customer service was top notch. The food was the best part. We all ordered different dinners and each one was magnificent! If we are in the area again we will be back. I highly recommend Da Vinci's.Parking: We had a moving truck and were able to park without an issue. This is a huge plus for us, as we travel a lot for work and not all places are able to accommodate parking for us.

When I spoke with the owner to resolve the issue, she claimed the website was outdated and that she couldn’t update the prices due to Google restrictions. When I pointed out that the amount on my statement did not match what I had been quoted over the phone, she started yelling at me, insisting that I must have been informed of the correct price. Additionally, a friend who ordered at the same time was also charged the exact same extra amount, even though her family of five ordered totally different items than my group of three. On top of all this, the portion sizes were very small and absolutely not worth the prices listed, let alone the inflated amounts we were charged.
