Starbucks - Fort Mohave

Kendall is amazing and just a sweetheart Vegetarian options: There are good high protein vegetarian options. Sometimes sold out, but still, when they're available there is a decent variety.

Took a really really long time to get through the drive through. Then there was no espresso in my brown sugar oat espresso drink. Bummed.Parking: Awkward parking lot. Should be more open than closed in.

This Starbucks always seems a bit busy so I placed an order online. I rcvd my coffee but there was a mixup with the rest of the order so spent more time than I would have in the drive thru. The staff was very good about it though. They apologized and even gave me a gift card for my next visit. Thank you!Parking: Somewhat small site parking that is slightly difficult to enter due to the placement of the drive thru. There is plenty in the supermarket lot a very short distance away.

The Starbucks in Bull Head City, Az could use some housekeeping in the bathroom.

I've lived here for a few years now and the staff now is probably the best it's ever been. I used to get wrong drinks all the time AND whole milk instead of what I usually ordered. I would get very sick with dairy since I cannot have dairy, so I'm happy that the staff now is more attentive to those small, yet important details. I love going thru the drive-thru and seeing Kendall, Analysa and Sarah in particular. They are so nice, friendly and always smiling. Thank you.
