Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I recently visited this restaurant to pick up meals for my small family. I ordered four items: a delicate meal, a grilled chicken sandwich, a child’s grilled cheese, and a Cobb salad. Unfortunately, this place often seems to have issues with customer service. They forgot my delicate meal, my grilled chicken sandwich was dry, and the salad was brown with old bacon bits. The only item that seemed fresh was my son’s grilled cheese, which they had to make on the spot. What has happened to Zaxby’s?

I ordered a delicious Zax snack meal but was disappointed by the small chicken strips. When I mentioned this to Tamara, the cashier, she wasn't very helpful and had a bit of an attitude. After I left, I also noticed that my fries were cold and sweet.

Only 20 minutes in the line. and came to the editor at 956 (as they were naturally slow, 20 minutes, but I really wanted an salate) and the lady said we were closed. They're supposed to close at 10 and I understand, but again. we were in agreement for 20 minutes and they refused to take our order! I have even explained that it was not 10 and we were one in agreement and they just repeatedly said rudely, we are closed again. so disappointed. will never visit carowinds again.

No idea why this has so many 5 star ratings. I have lived 3 years near these zaxbys, and every time I am gone, they close either so unreasonably early (they were closed on Wednesday at 18 o'clock), or they will wait 50 minutes in the line. They either have a person who works there or just want to get the world record for the slowest time to eat them. whether there is no one in the line or 14 cars in the line, they will wait for 45 minutes. be ready. Too bad they just don't care.

Laziest workers. No one greets you when you come in they just make eye contact. Stood there for 10 mins and no one took our order so we left to go through the drive thru because they were taking drive thru orders. Still took way too long. They also are the slowest Zaxby's ever (that I've been to at least) . It's no wonder people immediately don't like when they see young people working because this displayed young peoples work ethic in a terrible way. Would recommend going to any of the other Zaxby's around but not this one. Also their tables are always dirty when I've been inside. Same with their drink station.
