Bidra med feedbackIf I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This location doesn’t accept mobile orders and doesn’t allow customers inside the store, so the only available service is through the drive-thru. Although the line was relatively short—no more than seven cars—it moved incredibly slowly. I could see at least five employees inside while we waited, and we could only watch longingly through the window. After almost an hour in the drive-thru line, I finally made it to the window and placed my coffee order. After two more cars ahead of me, both ordering food and drinks, I waited an additional five minutes for my coffee. When I finally received it, the cup felt unusually light. When I opened the lid, I discovered it was only half full. There was something floating in the foam, and when I moved it aside, I realized there was a mistake! It was extremely disappointing. I spoke to the manager, who raised her voice at me and claimed that the slow service was due to having to manually enter orders into the system. Then, without further discussion, she abruptly closed the window. The other employees just stood there and stared inside. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. I've had issues before, but this was truly the worst!
The restaurant was low on funds, and the staff were somewhat friendly. However, it wasn't the cleanest place I've been to.
I only have one drink: the vanilla spice. It's made with a powder, not syrup, and I can definitely tell the difference. The first time I ordered, it took over 10 minutes to get through the line, and my drink was wrong. I asked them to remake it correctly, but they just added a little powder and used liquid again. There’s a noticeable difference. This place is always slow, and it seems like people just hang out and chat. If you're looking for a good experience, go down the road to 77/Gold Hill! Every time I give them another chance, they end up getting it wrong.
Absolutely disappointing. The menu had a very limited selection, and the coffees we ordered were terrible. I requested dairy-free options but later found out that they were definitely not. The card readers took several minutes to process, only to decline every card we tried. Paying $15 for two coffees and a few stale munchkins is simply unacceptable. We won’t be visiting this location again.
Dunkin' used to be a beloved staple in many communities—a convenient place for a coffee and donut, served by friendly staff at reasonable prices. However, if you look through the reviews for nearly any Dunkin' Donuts location, you'll notice a trend of negative feedback. Like many other chains that have lost sight of customer focus, Dunkin' seems to be on a path toward failure and could easily end up on that list too.
