Bidra med feedbackThe creamer in the coffee was curdled, and our companions returned theirs. My wife ordered a latte, but she couldn't tell it was off until she drank a little and became ill. It was a terrible experience overall. We likely won't ever return to another Dunkin' Donuts again!
The restaurant was extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed. During my visit, I encountered four employees who seemed completely unaware of their responsibilities. Two of them were just standing around, sipping iced coffees and scrolling on their phones. Meanwhile, two others were having a disagreement about their schedules right in front of me at the register. One employee struggled to understand my request for "25 assorted munchkins," insisting that I specify the types I wanted, which was quite frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time.
If you want fast friendly service, this is the location. This one is way better than the other location in town. Mornings are always busy, but that means fresh food. The morning shift staff are awesome.
This is just one of those locations that is inconsistent. I really like their Maple Bacon Sugar sandwich but its so inconsistent. today was a bad day. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered the sandwich only. By the way today they weren't asrude as they normally are but that's a different story. Anyway I get my food drove 8 minutes to my office, now I'm sitting herewith a sandwich that has what chews like 5 day old croissant bread. the only reason I go to this drive-thru is convenience as itis on my route to work. wish I liked McDonalds as its right next door. I'll have to stop being so lazy and start making mybreakfast. it's really a shame as this Dunkin location is the worst I've visited.
This incident def needs to be narrated. Me and my family walk in the store and place an order. I requested very lite ice on my medium Matcha latte. They gave me my cup filled 75% filled and said here?s your order. Baffled , I asked ?why is it not filled?? And the guy explains because you asked less ice the drink quantity is reduced and remains less. At this point I couldn?tbelieve what I was hearing. He further goes and tells his coworkers as I amusingly disagreed to what he explained was a ?storepolicy?. Mr Dayton, walks upto me and ask what?s the problem is and I explained ? I don?t see a reason why am given less drinkbecause I said less ice and have seen no company do that before not even dunkin? He argues it?s his branch policy rudely and atone point I smilingly said ?ok that?s fine but I disagree ? and just as I tried to walk away. He goes ? Now take your food andWALK AWAY?. I never felt so insulted. Neither did I insult him nor provoke him and this kind of horrible attitude was completelyuncalled for. My demeanor was completely calm and pleasant thruout the incident when I disagreed . My only question was why didhe utter those words to us . Why couldn?t he handle my disagreement on the policy like a professional? I have worked in thisindustry and have seen bad customers too but never told once anyone to walk away. Here, I didn?t even do anything to him. Thenwhy was he so rude? Another employee apologized on his behalf but he kept on arguing and was offensive. He blamed me forharassing him and I chuckled Becoz we were the ones who were actually being harassed and insulted. The branch had no managerpresent. Not sure why. They lost my business for sure. My 6yrold and 8yr old immediately said ?Mommy he was rude to you? . Neverin my life will I go to this branch ever.
