Bidra med feedbackChristy is amazing. I will not be coming unless she is there. She makes sure my order is how I like it. We like our food dropped fresh. The cook Chris in the kitchen huffs and complains as well as other cooks when we ask for our food dropped fresh. The lady on the other side making the food had to tell Chris just drop the food hush they want it fresh. It's your job. Guests should not hear you all the way from the kitchen. It's unprofessional. But if it wasn't for her I would not be returning.
I went on to get a better service. Do not serve Bojangle quality they like to cook to make it easier I accept, but its victims food quality. I have contacted companies and the survey that no management or franchisee has contacted me back. At this point, if Kristy car is outside, I'm not coming to this place. She gets things done and gets her customers what they want.
Food is always good. No complaints there. The reason for 3 stars is because of the young black guy that was working drive through window at 7:45pm on July 18,2022. He is very rude and disrespectful. Had one previous experience with him at window and thought he's having a bad day, it can slide, but come to find out he's rude and disrespectful all the time. Not the friendly Bojangles customer service. Non friendly drive through workers will put you out of business.
This has got to be the slowest drive thru on the planet and the dining room is still closed all the time. It shouldn?t take 30+ minutes just to get through a drive-through and sometimes they don?t even get your order right. Definitely needs to be better managed.
The food here is great. The employees are nice and friendly...Our problem is the men's bathroom is nasty making the food hard to swallow. We usually go thru the window; however, the last two visits, a week apart the bathroom is still in bad shape. Clean bathrooms make for a much better dining experience ?
