Sun Merry - Fort Lee

This bakery is clean and offers a wide variety of options. The toughest part is deciding what to choose! I tried the custard cake roll, which was wonderfully light and fluffy. I would definitely love to return to sample more items. I really appreciate that they have a section with discounted bread from the previous day. However, parking out front is limited, and it took us a bit of time to find a place to park.

The cheese tart was delightful as well, getting a similar 4.5/5. It had a flavor reminiscent of cheesecake. The coffee croissant was interesting—in a good way. It captured the essence of having coffee with a croissant, minus the liquid. However, it was a bit on the soggy side, so I rated it a 3.7/5. The café's interior is quite lovely; I truly enjoyed the natural light flooding in through the large windows, and the space feels well-organized.

If you’re a bread lover, this is the spot for you! I was thrilled to find this location nearby, as I used to visit their other one in Fort Lee. Everything I tried—from the breads to the milk tea—was absolutely delicious! I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Cheese bread, which was generously filled with chicken. The staff were very friendly and presented my takeout order in a cute box. They also had a decent selection of cakes, so I definitely plan to return to try those next time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

Their chocolate croissants are absolutely amazing! I definitely need to sample more of their offerings.
