Ordered 2 breast and 1 wing And got 2 thigh and drum stick. Regular instead of crispy. Ps. I hate dark meat. This isn't first time mishap happend Always double check what they gave you before you walk out with the food.

I was not happy with my experience eating from this establishment at all. To start I ordered from Uber Eats, so I can?t directly call this restaurant back and remind them of what they messed up, and had to through uber which of course did not solveanything. So here we are complaining; I ordered two orders of the crispy tenders and fries. I specifically ordered KFC sauceas well and it did not come in the order. Normally, missing sauce is not a huge deal but this is fast food chicken; it needshelp and sauce to bring the flavor up. Without the sauce, I was just eating dry tasteless chicken which was not fun. Prettysimple; just pay attention and please add all items that were ordered. Not that anyone cares, but I have still not beenrefunded or compensated for the missing items in my order. It is very depressing when the only way I can trust a fast foodjoint to get an order right is when I am standing right there at the franchise. I was not happy with the taste of my chickendue to no sauce, and I was not happy with the missing sauce. If this was gourmet fried chicken that was magically moist, Iwould not care that much but as said, KFC chicken needs that sauce to lift it up. Not good and was left unsatisfied.

Out of all the fast food places I have ordered from, this KFC/Taco Bell location has had the most mishaps with order accuracy on ubereats. Beware if you decide to order from this location. You are more likely to get missing items, different drinks from whatyou ordered, or a completely random food item end up in your bag.

The staff is extremely patient despite the large amounts of customers. The cashier and entire staff were polite and respectful. Very impressed. Kyle and Kenny were super helpful.
