Red Lobster - Fort Gratiot Township

I love this restaurant. Its always an amazing experience when I visit here. The staff is very friendly, and in all my years of going here I only had one bad server. The food is always hot and delicious.

This was the best dining experience that I have had in years. I feel that since Covid, restaurants in general have been poor service and food quality. However THIS RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING IN ALL WAYS! First of all, hostess Abbey was so friendly andefficient. Next, server, Patricia, was kind, quick, efficient and went above and beyond to assure that my food was good andthat service was on time. Lastly, I couldn 't believe my eyes when the Manager, Jeff, came over, greeted me and asked if thefood was hot, tasty and if I had any comments! And I wasn 't the only one he introduced himself to, he went to every table. Impressive, no wonder this restaurant is top notch. I will be back and I will let all my friends know about the great serviceand high quality food at this Red Lobster. Great job you guys/gals!

Food was good, the waitress was a sweetheart but the food took longer than expected over all everything was relaxing!

We had a great waitress. The Caesar salad was almost tasteless. The biscuits were a bit different. Husband had endless shrimp. He was happy with his meal. I had salmon. It was ok.

Staff is great. Back in its days Red Lobster was affordable. Inflation does not help but it has become too expensive. This is a corporation issue.
