Chuck's Roadhouse - Fort Erie

Eat here the second time. It was so good for the first time and was glad to come back. Both times Brandy had as our server. Very pleasant and efficient. She actually remembered us from our first visit. The food was very good, the prices are reasonable, but... the cherry above is brandy.... excellent service, pleasant conversation and I look forward to returning.

Was in Chucks in Welland liked this place dirty, bad disgusting. Staff not friendly! And the 3% extra free “ Honesty to Goodness Fee “ server said because you get good food

Chucks Road House is a good place to go if you have the desire for steak and seafood. There is a Chucks Roadhouse in almost any city, including St Catharine, Niagara Falls and Welland. I think I was with them all.

We went there many times before the pandemic, always good! Last Friday to dinner, what a mistake! Service was fine until it was time to use the men's room. When entering the smell of urine, knocked me, paper towels were all... over the floor from the entrance to the rear stalls, dimming lighting and wet floors, which is a mess!!! When I returned to my table, I asked to see the manager, and it was said that there was none that he stopped in the early morning! I explained the problem to the server that said it was probably from the baseball team! Can't anyone look? Paper towels, the pie smell couldn't just happen! Unbelievable, one said enough for the health department??????????

Food was just ok, staff was non existent except for Brandi, she pretty much ran the place by herself. Good value
