Uno Mas Taqueria - Fort Collins

We were visiting family and friends in town, and I was craving tacos. We settled on this place even though it wasn't on the list of places to go while in town. LOVED IT! The tacos were fantastic, especially the pork belly, duck confit ones, so tasty! Comeopen one in St Paul, MN!

Service is great but I'd say the food is 4/5. The side of black beans (not pictured) had nearly no salt in it.

Notice no Mexicans in the place? Then you can bet it's the nastiest street tacos ever. Beltran's Meat Market in Thornton off 120th is real Mexican. Couldn't even finish tacos. Tortilla full of mush. Meat had powdered taste. All the reviews here are frompeople who don't know real Mexican, period! Waste of money.

Duck confit, pork belly, carnitas, and el pastor tacos all coexisting on one plate. And what a delicious plate it is. My favorite was the perfectly made duck, however the pork belly was also a smash hit. I challenge you to find better food at sbetter price on Taco Tuesday. And the wait staff was also awesome. I can hardly wait to duck back in and pork out on moretacos.

Nice little restaurant. Very good quesadilla and guacamole veggie options was nice. The service was exceptional. You could tell that they were working very hard but they remained cheerful and everything came out perfectly as ordered and hot. Veryimpressed!
