Bidra med feedbackThe Petra grill platter has absolutely everything and was amazing. It was the perfect meal for multiple people. And the environment of the restaurant was so chill and cozy. Great friendly staff too. 10/10 recommendFood: 5/5
I was disappointed with my recent experience at Petra Grill. I was expecting a Turkish restaurant, but it is actually a Middle East restaurant. The food was not good, and the service was terrible. I ordered a variety of appetizers, a lamb kebab, and a dessert. The appetizers were all bland and tasteless. The lamb kebab was not cooked well. The dessert, which was supposed to be kunefe, was a strange orange color ! shredded filo over a though cheese which tasted like a rubber gum! Kunefe is actually a very delicious desert with a melting cheese in your mouth, but this one was not kunefe. The service was also very slow. There was only one waiter working, and he seemed overwhelmed. It took a long time to get our food, and our drinks were never refilled. He never came asked we need anything or not during the whole time there. I will not be returning to Petra Grill. I would recommend that others avoid this restaurant as well. Turkish dishes and Arabic dishes are very different, and Petra Grill does not do a good job of representing Turkish kitches at all.
The food is amazing! The lamb kabobs are very tender and well seasoned, the chicken and kofta were very flavorful and not over cooked. It was a great meal, and very well priced. I would definitely recommend them!Food: 5/5
Great place for authentic Mediterranean food. Despite being very busy with a large group, our waiter was attentive and food came out quickly. The quality of the food was excellent; we enjoyed our meal.Food: 5/5
Great addition to the Middle Eastern food scene in campus west. It’s a great place too if you don’t want any alcohol to drink, which is valuable as a social space. I had a tabluah, ar’ayis, Turkish coffee, and baqlawa, all excellent and distinct from other offerings nearby. The waiters on staff, Muhammad and Emir, were really friendly! I’ll definitely recommend this to anyone who wants authentic Jordanian food in town.Vegetarian options: Plenty of.Kid-friendliness: No alcohol served, so bring kids along!Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor with street level entrances. Bathrooms may be difficult.
