The owner and chef serves the food. Great guy. First time here. He walked me thru it and guided me to his favorite's. Fast service. Very friendly place. Fresh everything!

The service was amazing, an awesome atmosphere, that's cozy and friendly. The food was far beyond expectations. I expected Chipotle and was shocked at how good a burrito could be. The asada had so much flavor it should've been illegal. Overall, amazing place to eat, and we'll worth every penny paid

Look. It’s no 5 star Michelin restaurant. Nor does it try to be. It offers a gritty ordering environment with the best potato burritos in the land. One of a kind.

A Fort Collins institution. What would the city even be like without Phat Tuesday? The best burrito in town and possibly the country.

Definitely some big and delicious burritos. The staff is super nice and are fun to talk with.
