Domino's Pizza - Fort Campbell

On Wednesday, the 13th, I ordered pickup from Domino's store #1420 in Fort Campbell, KY. I called at 5:19 PM and was informed my order would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived at 5:46 PM, my order was not prepared, and I had to pay before it was even placed in the oven. I completed my payment at 5:47 PM but didn't receive my food until 6:02 PM. It would have been greatly appreciated if they had informed me of the delay when I placed my order. While I was waiting, I noticed another customer facing the same issue and ultimately decided to cancel their order. Given that this is a military installation, it's crucial for associates to communicate any delays, as time is limited and many customers have just a short window to eat before returning to training for another 8 hours.

The food at this restaurant was exceptionally tasty. Although there was a delay in preparing our order because it was accidentally deleted, a staff member quickly refunded our money and resolved the issue with our meal. The food turned out to be absolutely delicious!

I had an incredible dining experience, making it one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered from Domino's for the first time tonight using their app for delivery. The order arrived promptly, and the pizza was still steaming hot, so we had to wait a minute before we could dig in. The driver was friendly, and we were very impressed with the service. We'll definitely be ordering from here regularly!

The pizza was disappointing. The dough seemed off. The manager promised a refund, but I never received it.
