Burger King - Fort Campbell

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I've dined here several times, and on multiple occasions, my order has not been prepared as requested. They often include ingredients that I asked to be left out, or they omit items that I specifically asked to have added. Additionally, my meals are rarely served hot, and I've only discovered this once I'm back home, which means I have to reheat my food. While I've never had an issue with the taste of the food, I've decided to stop visiting this location because the hassle of picking up my order has become more trouble than it's worth.

I visited the restaurant during a hectic time, and it took a while for anyone to come to our table. When my wife and I finally attempted to place our order, the staff member responded in a rather dismissive way, suggesting that we wait. I understood they were busy, so I tried to be patient. However, I overheard her talking to a colleague, expressing her frustration about wanting to get "those damn people" out of the lobby and lock the door. I felt it was important to share this experience, as I found it amusing how inconsiderate the staff was, even though I could barely hear her. In the end, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I met a rather large gentleman who assisted me in scheduling a time to place my food order. Without his help, I likely would have missed the chance to order entirely.

I've requested that they leave out the mayo not once, not twice, but five times, and it’s still been included every time. The staff is friendly and polite, and they serve the food promptly, but all I ask is for no mayo.

To my pleasant surprise, my order was flawless! The food was hot and the staff were friendly. The veggie burger, in particular, looked incredibly appetizing, and my son loved it. A big shoutout to Burger King for providing such a great experience; my 11-year-old son left the restaurant very happy!
