Burger King - Fort Campbell

I've never had a problem with them not getting my order right. The staff has always been friendly and I've never had to wait to be helped.

Sweet tea is no good. Also have trouble getting orders correct. I literally went back there for them to correct and they still got it wrong.

I love those Whoppers, but they never, ever get my order right. Something as simple as a burger and fries, you would think they couldn't screw up. But think again, because they do every time. It baffles me. So check your order before leaving. You'll be glad you did.

I have mixed feeling about this establishment. I have eaten here a few times and more than once I have received food not according to how I had ordered it. Many times they keep ingredients on meals that were asked to be excluded or/and ingredients that were asked to be added are left off. I rarely have received a hot meal from this place and I don't find out until I'm home which leaves me having to warm my meal up. The taste of the food has never been a problem so I have continued to give them my business, however, I will no longer be visiting this location because the hastle of picking up food is not worth it.

Four months ago, I had a perfect dining experience here. However, since then, it seems to have declined. I've ordered items like three large onion rings, only to receive old, rock-hard versions on more than one occasion. Additionally, I often find that my orders are missing napkins and condiments, despite asking for them. Honestly, if this place weren't so convenient for me, I would have stopped coming a long time ago.
