Charleys Philly Steaks - Fort Bragg

The posted hours stated that they close at 7 p.m., but when we arrived, we were informed that they actually close at 6 p.m., even though it was only 5:45. The staff also seemed unprepared for our order. Typically, most restaurants and fast-food places accept orders until 15 minutes before closing time. In fact, I was able to place an order at another Charley’s just 3 minutes before their closing time! It felt like the employees were lacking motivation.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the Buffalo Chicken was outstanding, but the fries were only average.

I can't stress enough how fantastic my experience with Antonio was! He was super friendly and clearly passionate about what he does. The Philly Cheese Steak he prepared was so perfect it could have been in an ad. I will definitely be coming back to see him and the team again!

I've ordered from other Charley's locations just minutes before closing without any issues in the past. This experience was quite disappointing and seemed unprofessional.

The strawberry lemonade and Classic Philly sandwich were both fantastic. The service was outstanding as well.
