When I mentioned this to the staff at the counter, she simply handed me a roll of towels that would fit in the dispenser. It shouldn't be my responsibility to refill their supplies. I also had to wait 20 minutes for my food, and I noticed several customers on their lunch breaks requesting refunds. The drink machine was poorly maintained, with several soft drink options unavailable. Meanwhile, I saw the cook outside, chatting with a friend instead of focusing on work. Where was the management during all this? I recommend avoiding this place based on my visit on May 7, 2024.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was awful, and they didn’t provide a receipt. The chicken I received was old, burnt, and extremely dry. When I inquired about how long it had been sitting there, they didn’t respond. After that, I asked for fresh chicken, but the employee told me they needed to take back the old chicken first. They seemed upset with me for pointing out the quality of their food, even though they clearly knew it was bad. At this point, I decided to take my order to go. They ended up replacing the chicken with more of the same dry, old chicken, but this time it was entirely the wrong order. When I alerted them to the mistake, it was obvious that both the worker's and my frustration levels were high. I ended up tossing the new chicken in the trash, wasting $14. I should have realized that this place wouldn't be good when I saw no customers during lunchtime while other fast food restaurants had long lines. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you're driving through, take my advice and avoid this KFC.
