Bidra med feedbackI absolutely love visiting this location in Forked River, NJ. The store is always clean, and as soon as I walk in, my food is ready. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while because I've been so busy, but the employees here are always very nice and polite. It's always a pleasure to come in, and as a picky eater, they always manage to get my order right. I will definitely be returning, especially since they have healthy options on the menu. Once again, I am thoroughly disappointed. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming that my previous experiences might have been due to a shortage of staff or a particularly busy day. However, since the new ownership took over, the quality has plummeted. It feels like they are cutting corners everywhere. I’ve encountered numerous issues with my orders: receiving the wrong items, being shorted on quantities, and even getting completely incorrect orders. For instance, when I requested sides of nacho cheese sauce, I ended up with shredded cheddar cheese in the little black cups instead. Tonight, I received what appeared to be barely half a teaspoon of nacho cheese sauce in all three cups meant for my nacho fries. They need to do better. This place used to be great, but it's frustrating knowing that it's the only location nearby.
I ordered a five-layer dish, and you forgot my frijoles. That really upset me. It's simply unacceptable. My day is ruined. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I'm genuinely heartbroken. You absolutely cannot forget the free Joe Lees!
Went there as a delivery driver. Three drinks for pickup, none labeled. Two bags, only one labeled. I knew my customer did not have a drink so I asked if the other bag was for my customer. It got passed around the prep area, no answered me and it got putback on the pickup shelf, still not labeled. So I left. Guess what ... customer messaged me they were missing part of theirorder. So the unlabeled bag must have been theirs. I won't be picking up from TB for the foreseeable future until they get theiract together (nor will I eat there either. I suggest you not patronize this place either.
Food was yummy, but the service SUCKS! And it?s DIRTY! My eleven year old niece wiped down the ?cleanest? table she could find for us to sit to eat. The bathroom has toilet paper all over and is just disgusting. And the cashier was extremely rude and gavean attitude because she gave only one cup when we asked for three drinks with the three of us standing right there in front ofher. The drink station is very messy as well.
