El Arroyito Mexican - Forest Park

The food was good a beautiful little hidden jewel for a fresh Mexican farewell!

Waiting was long....but when the food came....it was good to wait...and they give you a lot of food....definitively back....

Food was great second time ordering food the first time I had the chicken tacos that were authentic and delicious it also came with grilled or roasted hot peppers and today I had the chicken quesadilla combo and it was pretty good. Went on my lunch break so they're pretty quick because my lunch break is only 30 minutes I will be going back.

It's just around the corner from my workplace. They serve generous portions and the food is really well prepared.

I would rate the taco a solid 10/10; it was delicious and generously filled with meat. The huarache, on the other hand, was an 8/10 because the bottom tortilla didn't quite do it for me. Regardless, the huarache was indeed intimidatingly big. The tacos were more of a regular size but still packed a punch with the amount of meat. I've attached some pictures for reference. Unfortunately, I failed miserably at finishing the meal. It was quite embarrassing, as I had to ask for a to-go box for the first time in ages. I definitely plan to return for a rematch with this food!
