Stellarossa Forest Lake

So lucky to live in Forest Lake, we have a huge selection of cafes, take away sand restaurants. I guess with such a selection you have to be really good to stay in business so I was not surprised that the previous tenant in this location shut shop and went away. Stellarossa is now in the house and what a difference. Probably the best coffee I have had in a very long time, just a quick pit stop made this time but definitely going back, snuck in a delicious strawberry cheesecake too. A most welcome addition to Forest Lake, already very busy but relaxed and friendly.

Great new addition to the Forest Lake shopping centre. The lady taking our order was painfully slow but i suppose everyone needs to learn. It would have been great if someone helped her though. I had the mushroom, pesto halloumi breaki. So many mushrooms! I was happy! The pesto was soo salty though. Halloumi was perfectly cooked, still soft but crunchy in parts. Partner had the big breaki, he was happy, said it wasn't anything special but not bad. Coffee was good too. All in all, we'll be back :

Great spot for a nice breakfast. Great seating outside for sunny mornings and a cozy interior that's not stuffy. Both our meals were great. The breakfast plate and waffles (yes that's how they come) were excellent. Definitely a great spot for brekky or brunch if your in the area. Fast and friendly staff a great experience overall.

On Saturday mornings this place is very busy. Meals are of good serving size. Not shy on the Avo and added hash browns and they are a 2 full sized hash browns which is great. No complaints
