Starbucks - Forest Lake

People working here its like their hate the job, stop by for a lavender matcha drink and they give me only matcha, when i ask her where its the foam she ignore me, really BAD service!Don't order from here, they need better training on costumer service.

Liz is such a babe! Love her and her attitude. She is the sweetest girl i’ve ever met. She needs a 10 dollar raise!

When places like Starbucks charge as much as they do for a single beverage you expect good service I not only received poor service but a below average drink. I went to buy a caramel macchiato and a pastry. The pastry was fine but the coffee was horrible and bitter every sip tasted nasty by the end of the drink at the bottom of the cup there was at least three tablespoons of caramel just sitting there. This has been the worst coffee I've ever had it's even worse than unsweetened coffee if you value your taste buds I strongly recommend that you do not choose Starbucks when getting your morning coffee. Don't waste your money or your time here.

I go to location practically everyday since moving to FL and this store doesn't get enough credit. The staff is amazing and even when they have a huge promotion day and they are backed up, you can tell they are trying there best and still want to customers to be happy! Couldn’t recommend this location enough!
