Taco Bueno - Forest Hill

Eaten here twice in the last week food was cold and service was horrible.

Just went through the drive-thru at 11:00 a.m. when they first opened, and received a nice hot taco and wonderful customer service thank you and keep up the great work

Not even closing time and the workers closed the restaurant early. Hours are even posted in their drive thru. And they just watch as you drive by.

So the guy was nice, but the make line was terrible. This is a $3 brisket taco?! C'mon y'all! Then I asked for extra because they were so stingy and I was charged $3 for a tiny little side when it really could have been given to me for free since they were greedy with the amount In the taco. Guess it's irrelevant anyway since the brisket was super dry. They got queso all over everything. The containers. The bag. Everything. The chips were so salty I couldn't eat them and the bean burrito was no good. No chili and no cheese. ‍ We also asked for firehouse salsa and he never ever told us they were out. So frustrating. It's why we chose taco bueno. Wouldn't come back to this location. Treat others how you want to be treated.

Now the beans and rice was perfect . The customer service good. The only problem was the onions in the plastic cups was bad each time we visited and that was every other day. Don't judge me I'm vegan . I tried to explain to the cashier but she wouldn't smell them or touch them soooooo good luck with that ordeal. But I still recommend giving them a visit just don't do the onions
