Bidra med feedbackThe food is good. This place could use some management attention. The service is very slow. Staff don't seem to care. The dinning range must be cleaned more frequently.
I went through the drive thru (long line). When I came home, I realized they didn't put meat in my meal. I tried to call by phone and couldn't get through at all. I had to go back to the location to get the right order. I asked about fresh things since it was about 30 minutes since I got the order. The girl did not honor my request, so I had to ask again. She gave me some fresh food. There was no discount or refund offered what I felt was quite rude.

This is the third time that I go to this place because is the next home and they serve my order incorrectly. They always lack something or they give me the wrong plates or they add nothing. It is a literal mess, and there is nothing bad that you open home your bag of food and find out that there is not what you have paid or what you have expected to eat on that day.
I visited to pick up dinner for myself and was not disappointed at all. I had the quart chicken Pollo, which was hot(not just warm) seasoned lightly with great rice and beans. Great food excellent price.
