Mcdonald's - Fordyce

The Sheridan location is excellent! The staff is friendly and they always get the order right.

I paid $4 for a basket of fries and they gave me less than a small order. I wish I could post a picture because it is truly ridiculous and it seems like they did it on purpose because they were too lazy to give me more. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to with the rudest employees. The customer service is nonexistent, as they ignore customers until they are rude to them.

The restaurant staff forgot to include all of the items in our order, the food was cold, and some of the workers were rude or not paying attention to customers.

Food was good but services needs a few improvements if they just had one person in there to smile ever once in a while would help lol

They're usually better than most McDonald's in the surrounding areas. Less order errors with the self service touch screen order and payment terminals.
