Best time to come is evening time when there's barely anyone avoiding the rush, especially during the holiday shopping season ??? Awesome service, especially using the drive thru. We decided to enjoy our meals in Wendy's parking because there was no one, and it seemed a relaxing spot to enjoy ourselves and it was. The doorway is big enough for wheelchair access.

For a fast food restaurant, this place is open, clean, and the fries where extremely fresh. I think we surprised them by dining in. Rear in the age of Uber eats . The cashier was very friendly and the bacon on our sandwich was as thick as the pickle.

Very slow customer service. Employees are clueless as to what they are doing and unnecessarily made me wait for my food because they didn 't know what they were doing. I ordered drive through, the speaker server was exceptional over the speaker. However, I get to the window 1 girl takes my payment and runs it. Give my receipt. Window girl 2 comes to the window and gives me my drinks. Another window boy 3 comes to the window and gives me 1 bag, which held only 2 items chicken wrap chicken nuggets) from my 3 meals. No fried to those meals. The workers inside the store ran around like a chicken without a head. So the window girl 2 told me to park, and they will bring out the rest. I waited for 5 minutes more. After waiting 5 minutes at the window. The window boy 3 came to my car with a bag that looked pretty empty. I asked him, Is this everything? He said yes I looked into the bag and it had 1 full meal bacon burger w/ fries) I mentioned to the boy that I am missing 2 fries for my other 2 meals. He walks back into the store. I followed him in to make sure he didn 't spit in my food and to ask for nugget sauce cause that was missing as well along with my straws. I get into the store and over hear him, talking **** to a co-worker calling me a liar and a b*tch. He turned around and looked straight at me with surprise and I asked him what he said about me and tried to lie to me when I heard everything he said. His chest puffed up when his co-workers came around when I called him out on his disrespect. He got loud, and I said called for the manager. I told the manager what his employee said, and then the boy got mad and tried to come towards me. The manager had to step in front of him. The boy was disrespectful in front of his manager. Poor thing the manager was also a young boy and didn 't know what to do. But if you ask me, the boy has no work ethic skills and should be fired because no matter right or wrong, you don 't ever handle a situation in that manner. These kids need to be held accountable for their disrespect. Ps. This is their fabulous chicken wrap that I got. All tortilla. 3 small peice chicken and scrap lettuce.

Ordered 4 sugar cookies, they asked me in the drive thru would you like to add on 2 cookies to make it 6 for $5 i said oh yeah sure thank you! we got our order, she forgot our straws for our drinks forgot spoons, gave me only 5 cookies. and they were all chocolate chip cookies. they didn 't even give me a receipt. i called them to let them know multiple times and no one answered. very disappointed why ask me if i want to add on 2 more cookies and short me one and give me all the wrong flavors. the music they were playing was disturbing. definitely would not come back to this wendys everrrr
