Zack's Cafe - Fontainebleau

Great breakfast. We were 1st customers in on a Sunday morning. 4 adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Ordered drinks, 4 adult meals and a single pancake for the kiddos. 3 breakfast meals came out to our table on 1st trip from kitchen. It was 10-15 minutes later before the pancake for the kids and the last breakfast came out from the kitchen. This should never happen.

If I could I would do zero stars. We were a party of 3 from out of town. It was at least 15 minutes before we were acknowledged at the hostess stand. When we were seated it was another 15 before our order was taken. Tables were not being bussed, the waitress was holding cups by the rim and they were very unprofessional. We had been waiting for our order for 30 minutes and were told it was going to to at least another 10. This was absolutely ridiculous!!

I had the best burger I've ever has in my life here!! I believe it was called stuffed jalapeño burger. also, their coffee was amazing! soooo good, even with hazelnut creamer, which is my second favorite. I will definitely come here every time I visit the area.

As soon as we walked in the waitresses started arguing about who had to take our table of five. Then part of our food came out and we had to wait on the rest of the food. The sausage on the one breakfast plate tasted funny and the biscuit on the other breakfast plate was so hard it wouldn't cut.When the waitress took our drinks to refill we could hear someone yelling at her telling her not to make more sweet tea at 8:00 in the evening. She said just pour unsweetened and add sugar to it. It tasted horrible.Then a group of 8 came in and the staff wouldn't sit them together but separated them into two tables.It was so hard to see and hear the staff complaining about having to serve them.Food was not the best.Our second time this week to eat here and I am not impressed.

Just what we needed. We wanted a quick, basic sit down diner style breakfast (egg platter). They offer a good selection...you can order small or large depending on the size of your appetite. Prices are reasonably good. Cassie was our server and she is excellent. We were greeted by the other server and hostess too. Friendly welcoming place and my favorite is the sign at the front, offering a meal to anyone in need. God bless! We need more people with big hearts like this in the world!
