Pho Vegan Asian Cuisine - Folsom

The food was decent and atmosphere simple. I hate unnecessary fees, and they charge an extra 3% if you use a card, so bring cash if dislike throwing away money.

My daughter and I had a delicious meal at Pho Vegan Asian on E. Bidwell in Folsom. Thai teas, spring rolls, pho mock bbq duck w/rice.

Many types of noodles, soups, and mock meat dishes. I loved the duck buns and the mock chicken chow fun was great. Next time I will be sure to try a dessert :

I really enjoy this place. You can’t go wrong with an all-vegan joint with boba tea to boot! The food is super flavorful. Try the spicy jerky they sell at the counter, it’s phenomenal. Downsides, they do not do the Thai dishes well IMO, and they don’t have outdoor seating. My local friends who take me here like to tailgate so the food is fresh. The Vietnamese options are excellent and you won’t find better in the area.
