Domino's Pizza - Follansbee

I used to work for these guys in fallansbee...Really good ppl

Normally I would give dominos a better rating but last night 04/13 who ever was working didn't know how to season because it was very bland. Also some of the food was darker/cooked longer than it normally is. The food just didn't taste very good at all.

I orderer delivery from this location at least a couple times a month I rarely have any issues.... Tonight was a different experience. I got a text message saying that my pizza was on its way at 7:05pm. I live within a five minute drive from the restaurant. I waited until around 8 then called to ask if there was a problem. The person who answered the phone said that they were a bit overwhelmed with orders at the moment , and were understaffed. He had only two people working, himself and one delivery driver, but assured me that it was being handled and my order should be there within half an hour..... so I told him I totally understand and I'll get off the phone and let him get back to work. We both chuckled I went back to waiting.... I called back to the restaurant after waiting around another hour 9pm or so, and the same person answered the phone said the same thing about being overwhelmed. I asked if my order had been prepped or if it was out for delivery, and he could not give me an answer to the status of the order. He didn't even know if it had been prepared yet so at this point I had no choice other than to cancel my order. I have two elementary school age daughters they needed to be fed and in bed. I hope this was just a fluke. I don't blame the employees at the restaurant. I blame corporate or management. Whoever is in charge of making sure the store has proper staffing. I would add a picture to this review, but sadly I did not receive my order.

Good pizza joint. Always got specials and they deliver. Nice place.

They TOOK to long like 2 hours and it's just bad aesthetic and it tasted terrible I hated it
