Bidra med feedbackWon't be back anytime soon..long wait in line, but I didn't mind, it's to be expected at this location. Ordered the Box Combo and it had a burnt smell, taste to it. Used alot of sauce because hey I'm hungry. Finished my drink and opened the cup to eat the ice, found something on the inside of my cup. Don't recommend.
This was my first visit but it will not be my last. The food was hot and delicious. The sauce was well balanced and complimented the tenders well. The french fries were hot and crispy. So the three stars are for the food. Unfortunately I had to only give three because of the customer service staff. As a whole they were the most unprofessional and immature staff. Playing around and being loud with one another in front of guest. Running in and out of the restroom and not washing hands. None of them wore gloves and I am so thankful they did not touch or prepare my food. Management if any were completely clueless or just that busy to the point it was faster letting them show no class. I will drive to every other location to eat this tasty combo. This location I will pass with ease.
I usually enjoy Caines, but after my experience today, I have to wonder: where's the chicken? I received a lot of crunch, but not much meat.
My husband and I had lunch at this Raising Cane's on Friday afternoon, April 29, 2016. We really enjoy the food here, and the service has always been great.
The Canoe location has really gone downhill. The wait times are incredibly slow, and the service leaves much to be desired. There were 4 to 5 people in the kitchen, yet none of them were assisting customers. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only for them to get my order wrong. Rare Canoes are typically known for their great food and good service, but that was not the case this time.
