Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Came in and staff was not in the front. On top of that, the toppings were all over the counter and a complete mess. Floor was filthy. (FYI, it?s always dirty every time we come to this location) The girl finally appeared from the back to check us out andwent straight back to the back after we walked out. We sat in the car to eat bc tables were so dirty. Then we watched anotherlady walk in and she waited to be checked out and she had to go to the back to get the girl. That?s ridiculous andunprofessional. The only good thing they got it good frozen yogurt and that?s it.

Delaney is the absolute best! Had one of the best experiences today when getting frozen yogurt. Absolutely deserves a raise for the stellar service and great conversation. Will definitely be back!

First time having frozen yogurt. The staff was friendly and they had some nice flavors and toppings.
