Bidra med feedbackThe food is decent during the day, and the service is excellent. However, at night, they close the inside early, which I can understand, but they also shut down the drive-thru. They leave the lights on, making it seem like they’re open, and employees walk around with headsets, giving the impression that they’re still serving customers. This is the third time I’ve found them closed at 9:30 PM, even though employees were inside, so it's clearly not a staffing issue. I just thought management should be aware of this situation, especially if they're struggling to make money in the evenings.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, thanks to the friendly and welcoming customer service – everyone was all smiles! Annette Townsend went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was perfect, and I was truly impressed by her and the entire staff. The dining area was spotless, and everything was in excellent condition. These people are really putting in the effort, and they deserve a big shout-out! I’ll definitely be coming back more often, even though I don’t usually dine at Burger King.
The staff is very friendly, and this is my third visit. However, each time I've been here, the dining area has not been clean, and we've consistently had something missing from our orders. I really hope they can focus more on maintaining the restaurant and the quality of the food, especially compared to the location at Exit 8, which is always a terrible experience. I'm hopeful that this place can make improvements.
