Bojangles - Flowery Branch

I came to Bojangles this morning just before 10:00. The place was super busy because he had short staff. I know it's impossible to work someone more, but the people who showed up were great. There were only about five or six employees in the entire building, but a manager and a lady who does all the food work we do? I'll see it again. Please let them know they are appreciated.

RUDE! We spent $60. Our order $68 my daughters order. We was in 2 different cars. They got mad because we had a large order. Mad because we asked for plates (3) and forks and napkins oh and cups for the tea we ordered. Then gave us like 10 of each!! Over kill!! We was over charged for an order that was ALL WRONG, but did not know till we all arrived at the lake. The slaw was spoiled!! My daughters order was messed up as well and did not get any straps she ordered or frys. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DID!! ALMOST $130 !!!!

Was just in your restaurant, food was good. I have a major issue with one for your employees, at drive thru, all he or she could say was the f word and stood there on the phone while all the other workers where cleaning and doing their jobs.

On April 19 and 22 I bought a two piece with Mac n cheese. Both times the chicken was nasty. On the 22 I had OLD FRENCH FRIES IN MY BOX.

Horrible. Dry, cold, old way over salted fries and chicken. My sandwich has to be at least 4 hours old. Never again. Went back and got my money back. Stay away. People look miserable and don?t care at all. Person who refunded me didn?t even try to make it right or offer to remake it or anything. I cannot believe that are still in business.
