Wendy's - Flower Mound

Amazing friendly staff who did everything in their power to ensure that I was happy and full! Yuri ( sorry my spelling if it's wrong) was very helpful and went out of her way to help me and I would really recommend this place to all my friends! Thank you.

We made a short bite. The staff was very nice, although the restaurant was empty. They were very busy. The food was good. Will definitely be back! Food: 4/5

I would probably have rated higher if her dining room was open on Sunday at 12 noon and we could eat there.

Showed at 10:45 after arrival in the city on a late night flight. Google says they are open until midnight. Drive through was open, lights were on, but no one reacted. I called the shop, no answer. Other cars were after us. Finally gave up and a guy with dark/black hair and a curly mullet had all the lights in the kitchen and danced while he cleaned. At least we answer that we know that you are closed, do not come back, today was a long day and a small answer was all that was needed for me to know that they no longer serve.

The hours of operation appear to be merely a suggestion. Have visited this location twice in the last 4 days and the would not respond at the drive through speaker. Had to knock on the window only to be told they were not open. Each time was given a different excuse. Was the same poor kid working each time, by himself. Regardless they should truly be open for operation during the publicized times and if not, SIMPLY UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION so people are not wasting their time.Also, never to return, at least not to this location.
