Wendy's - Flower Mound

May 2022: They made a nice comeback, so I felt I should update my review. I had a delicious chicken biscuit this morning. I’ve edited my rating to 4 stars (see 2nd pic).

I would have likely given a higher rating if the dining room had been open on Sunday at noon so we could have eaten there.

The hours of operation appear to be merely a suggestion. Have visited this location twice in the last 4 days and the would not respond at the drive through speaker. Had to knock on the window only to be told they were not open. Each time was given a different excuse. Was the same poor kid working each time, by himself. Regardless they should truly be open for operation during the publicized times and if not, SIMPLY UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION so people are not wasting their time.Also, never to return, at least not to this location.

Got charged 11.24 did a SINGLE Dave's... fries are bad, oversalted, drink tastes like they added 3x the vanilla for vanilla coke.. biggest joke ever

Horrible service! Then I asked for a manager and the girl with the big gap in her teeth ask me why I need to talk to a manager so rude! After all that my order was still wrong and I didn’t get everything I ordered
