Bidra med feedbackThis was the worst experience a sixteen year old could have, they didn’t have cameras in place for surveillance, they called my kid to work last minute with no other adult or supervision, he mentioned other kids don’t want to work there, another kids cut her finger, he was told that an adult that used to work there still goes into the store and steals money and because there is no cámaras no one can say anything. I would never allow my child to work in a place make that, and even after his phone was stolen in that place. Management is the WORST and the managers are that way you could probably imagine what about the owners. Don’t support this business at all, you’ll make a favor to the Flower Mound community.
Like many people this location has always been inconsistent and sometimes with the right stuff it's pretty awesome and other times it's a little bit more goofy. Today I had an issue where an online order didn't go through their system and the guy just stepped up took care of me and was genuinely awesome. I hope he works there more often or becomes a manager. It's unfortunate because I know how difficult it is to come across workers these days but this guy knocked it out of the park.
Everytime I order online. My order is confirmed and completed, but once I get there its not ready and I have to end up standing in line. Pointless. I understand some companies are low on help but 2 workers were there and one was wiping down tables. Come on. I ended up waiting 15 minutes anyways. But the lady was super nice when giving me my food and apologized.
What the Hel is this place. Never seen such dirty place in such big and good business area . Dead fly on top of ham bucket, when I asked employee to take care of it he admitted it is gross . I'm so sorry to seen such a great potential is wasted like this. So sorry for people who get food poison here. This place is in desperate need for attention. Where the F is health department
I went in to grab some lunch and had a disappointing experience. I noticed one employee sleeping at a table, while another, Heather, took her time attending to me and another customer. When she finally began taking our orders, the food kept sticking to the paper. She also seemed unsure about the difference between Italian herbs and cheese and white artisan bread. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.
