Bidra med feedbackThe most rude employee I’ve ever experienced in subway, I made an order online and it says pick up by 9:25 pm when I got there there was 2 employees male and female very rude they told me we are closed but obviously it says they close at 10 pm Those 2 employees not even listening and I told them I paid for the order and if they will cancel it if they can’t do it, they said nothing and basically told me we closed early and they were still in the store. The most horrible experience and now trying to call the store to get my money back but no one answering the phone.
In short, an off-leash long-haired dachshund walked out into the middle of the dining room and took a giant pee under a table while I was waiting for my sandwiches. I KID YOU NOT. The apparent owner of the kind but out-of-place pet, an male employee with long and unkempt blonde and blue hair, who had just made his own food behind the counter without a hairnet, noticed the pee lake, wiped it up with some napkins, did not sanitize the floor or his hands, and went on his way to enjoy his break with his dog. The other employees did not bat an eye at this disgusting scenario, which tells me their concern for sanitation is probably not high either. Really shocking in such a nice area. Bewildered and definitely never returning. YIKES.
I’ve given this subway several chances and they just can’t get it right. Placed app order. Confirmation for 1:15. It was not ready. Now it’s 1:25 and they are just now making it. Last time I ordered the sandwich was late and just not very good. I understand being understaffed but they have to get something going in the right direction and I don’t appreciate being put at the end of the line because I have already paid. The problem is they tend to customers in front of them and then play catch up.
Update Jan 22,2023. Still bad service. Online ordered delayed, since they have only one person attending to in person orders. Horrible customer service. Made sandwich with wrong bread for online order. Staff showed terrible attitude. They also don't wear mask
First time back to this location since the pandemic. Came at around 430 grabbed a couple sandwiches with my mother when she decided to change her 6 to a 12 and the lady behind the counter gave my mother serious attitude for having to change the length of her sandwich and waste the left over bread. I remembered why I stopped coming here and I WILL NOT be returning to this location. TERRIBLE service.
