White Castle - Florissant

Horrible customer service. Long wait times. At least give a heads up on how long or if there's an system issue. Something!! Drive thru time was so long. I came into the store. And counter time long as well. Store smells, floors needs to be swept and tables clean. It's 11:30pm on a Tuesday. In town visiting.

Customer service needs to be improved and the food is always premade and cold

Placed an order on the app today for a 3:39pm pick up. Good wasn’t ready until 4:50pm and the hash browns were cold, the bacon was black, they packed everything and sealed the back and my order wasn’t right upon getting home. They gave us the wrong drinks and I was missing two sandwiches as well. I didn’t go back because it took over an hour. All customers were upset and I didn’t want them to do anything to my food

Horrible place to eat. Takes to much time to receive your food. Don't waste your time and money.

The staff at the only Castle in North County. The day I walked in there was a elderly lady with a nasty attitude. The staff switched up and got her moving along. They didn't argue with her, they danced around her insecurities. The staff was a mix of different ethnic backgrounds. She tried to rattle them, but they were fantastic. Applause
