Bidra med feedbackOn 4.5.24 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at 6:53pm for delivery. At 8:00pm the pizza wasn’t delivered so I called. The young lady at the front said they only have one driver and the pizza would be delivered eventually. When I asked if I could pick up a new pizza I was told I would still have to pay full price by the manager even though I asked for it to be free for the inconvenience. He said no. I cancelled the order. Don’t order delivery online from this location. Either pick it up yourself or call and ask if they have enough drivers. If not plan on getting your pizza sometime before the year ends.
I ordered for delivery at 5:00 on Saturday evening and it was delivered at 7:00. I had to call to check on it after it had been over an hour when they said 40 mins for delivery. The girl I talked too said they were short drivers and my food was sitting there waiting until their only driver could return to deliver. Food was barely warm and I ordered one small and one large salad but got two small salads instead. I felt bad for the driver because he was the only driver they had. Wished they would have told me up front that they were short drivers and it would be two hours instead of telling me 40 mins.I use to love ordering from Marco’s and never had an issue before now.
Ordered on 03/09 at 8:39 pm.noticed at 9:10 pm it 's been a while and called location.Location said they were waiting for a driver to return. accepted and waited.Noticed another hour had almost passed. called back to verify order eta.Manager instantly got snippy, I responded with an eta expectation. manager refused. I requested a refund.Manager agreed and promptly hung up.Called back to ask for a cancelation email as proof. He became belligerent, and belittled my requests as sir, maybe you shouldn 't order pizza, then somehow my asking him to do his job insulted him.The manager promptly again hung up using explicitave language.CORPORATE NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION. this evening manager decimated rapport for the entire company in less than 5 minutes with me. This same history of bad service and customer abuse is all over google reviews.This location 's night shift manager gaslights customers and sends a horrendous message about this establishment. Avoid.

It took over two hours to get my order. When I called to inquire about it the person was extremely rude and hung up on me.
