Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Florissant

I didn't receive my complete order in the bags, and I found it difficult to understand what they were saying through the drive-thru speaker. The drive-thru is also hard to access. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5.

I'm not sure what happened here, but the food presentation looked like it had been through an explosion. This location is consistently the slowest I've experienced, and the staff is never particularly friendly.

Got to admit...Customer Service was Much Better out here in North County,I'm a Level 6#Google Guide and I give transparent ratings on dining places.

The staff was super friendly. Our order was wrong and the food was trash. I’m not a fan of dairy queen. The desserts aren’t even good eats. I wouldn’t give it any stars if it wasn’t for the cashier going out of her way to try and make it better and so polite

I've had the worst experience at this location. Ultra SLOW and nonchalant about messing up your orders here. It took an hour for them to make a large fry. Don't go here!
