Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Not the zaxbys I remember. I'm from top to north and enjoy it every time I'm in town to come to zaxbys. I am now seeing more defined quality. the chicken was very dry and the pommes were not completely cooked. the only thing that didn't taste differently was the Zax sauce

This place is a bit more expensive, but the help was responsive, even though they were busy. Food was very tasty and it even held up the drive home (15 min). I would eat there again if i ever made it back down south. (Michigander here)

I ordered 10 wings tongue torch . One bite, there was zero spice and mucus-like covering. The aftertaste was just nasty.

One of my favorite places to eat. They have the best food and I definitely recommend the nibblers (chicken) that they have. Absolutely delicious! Come here if you don't know where to eat.

Worst experience at Zaxby's ...will not return to the restaurant in Florence. Manager was extremely rude on the night shift. My gift card wasn't working so he accused me of buying a gift card earlier in the week and not paying for it. My girt card was a gift from my family for Christmas!!! I knew nothing about someone buying a gift card there earlier that week. I was soooo embarrassed ? never going back to this restaurant!! Humiliated NO STARS!!!!
