Zapatas Grill Mexican - Florence

This is the best Mexican food I've had in years. I always use Chile Relleno as my standard for authentic Mexican cuisine, and theirs is absolutely spot on and delicious—cooked to perfection! I also tried the Al Pastor tacos, which were served traditionally with onions, cilantro, and lime. They were simply perfect! While it is on the pricier side, it is definitely worth it. This has become my new go-to spot since it's just a 5-minute drive from my home!

The Mexican cuisine here is solid, much like many other places. However, the service was a bit off during our visit. The three of us placed our orders, but each of us received our food at different times. Since it was Halloween, they did treat us to a Dum Dum sucker, which was a nice touch.

I absolutely enjoy visiting this place! The food is consistently fantastic, and the service is excellent too!

Zapata's truly deserves its five stars! I'm a sophomore in college, and my friends and I go there almost every Wednesday night. The food is delicious and affordable. Although my friends and I can be a bit loud, the staff is always incredibly friendly to us. It feels almost like home. Thank you, Zapata's, for the amazing service you provide to me and my loved ones!
