The entire buffet looked hot and fresh, and you also have the option to order a meal. They feature daily specials, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The rolls they serve at the table are fantastic. Don't forget to leave a tip, as the service is excellent. Enjoy your time there!

One standout employee, Nigeria, provided exceptional service. She made us feel like VIPs with her politeness, professionalism, and efficiency. Despite the busy evening, she checked on us multiple times, took our plates, and offered to bring us drinks. Her attentive service truly enhanced our experience, making it memorable. Both my kids and I adored her friendly demeanor and strong work ethic. We will definitely consider this restaurant as one of our go-to spots in the future. I would highly recommend this place. We saw several customers leaving with to-go boxes, which speaks to the quality of the food. The dessert bar was a delightful conclusion to our meal, and the bathrooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. We visited Quincy’s during our overnight stay in Florence on April 20, 2022, and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in. The aroma of the food was incredible, and the hostess greeted us warmly, making us feel like we were part of the family. She recommended the buffet, which I was unsure about, but I’m so glad I took her advice. Every employee we encountered was friendly and attentive. Now, let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the salad bar offered plenty of options. The crescents served at our table were exceptionally tasty! Overall, we enjoyed great food, a lovely atmosphere, and a wonderful staff.

Buffet and steak house together ....helpful staff, clean and cheap ! Recommended

First impression upon entering was great. All the staff was very nice and wanted to help. Didn't mind explaining the menu. Made suggestions. We ordered steak tops and only got like 4-5 pieces which was not a lot at all. Our waitress strongly (forced) suggested my husband talk to the manager and he was eager to fix it.
