Waffle House - Florence

I have been to many WH and always had good service but our server today was not the best. She dropped our food off at our table and not once asked if we needed anything else, didn't check on us at during our meal. My mom had to get her attention to refill her coffee and it was only then she asked if we was good. I noticed she was not very talkative to any of the other customers either. Just set the plates down and walks away. Maybe it wasnt a good day for her and I under that completely but to not ask if we needed anything except for 1 time during out stay was just not good Customer service. Other than that the food was good.

This Waffle House is consistently excellent with their food and service

Me and my friends went there to eat the waitress was sitting us down and she started being rude we just walked up and left she said there might not be enough for yall to sit down she was calling us fatParking: Florence Blvd

Is it too much to ask that a patron be acknowledged when entering and waiting to be seated?
