Jimmy John's - Florence

The website was malfunctioning, which led to my sandwich being incorrect. However, when I returned to the store, they rectified the mistake. The young woman who assisted me was fantastic.

The drive-through could really benefit from an awning. It's quite unpleasant to get soaked while waiting to place our order when it's raining.

Super fast service! I ordered while leaving the gym (just under 5 minutes away), and my food was ready by the time I got there. The #11 is absolutely delicious! I hardly ever have to wait in a long line, so I can get my food quickly through the drive-thru!

I encountered the rudest staff I've ever experienced at this restaurant. When I approached the register, the employee didn’t provide us with our cups or inform us that we could get our chips; he simply walked away. When I tried to check the receipt to find out the sizes of our drinks, the girl behind the register grabbed the receipt from my hand and spoke to me in a derogatory manner in front of other customers. I highly recommend avoiding the Jimmy John's in Union.

I visited the store to place an order because I struggled to use Jimmy John's online ordering system for about 20 minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful and remarkably quick. The food was excellent, especially the new garlic pasta salad I tried. This location is designed for takeout, featuring a busy drive-thru, and while there is a small dining area, the ambiance is minimal. Overall, my experience at this Jimmy John's was very positive, but I found the website to be confusing and frequently unresponsive.
