Chick-fil-a - Florence

We stopped by today during the lunch rush, and Jessica (in training) did a wonderful job taking care of us. She was friendly and pleasant, and she got our large order correct the first time. I only had to go back to get some straws, but I certainly can’t complain, considering the size of our order and how busy they were. Great job, and the food was wonderful!

Their political stance aside, their meals are ALWAYS got and tasty. I've become a regular consumer of the spicy deluxe combo with a lemonade. Add the Chick-fil-A sauce to it and thank me later. Service is always warm and professional.

Fast Friendly service. Good food. What more could you ask for? The kids LOVED the play area . Very clean! Beautiful, fresh flowers on every table. Update: Upon exiting, one of the managers rudely yelled to a crew member about an incomplete task. I understand correcting things when they happen, but the approach was inappropriate and probably even embarrassing to the young lady. Please approach your staff in a close proximity rather than yelling across the restaurant. Taking away one star!

Chick-fil-a is one of our favorite fast foods. Everything is delicious, plus it's a christian owned business.

This location in the mall always has fast, efficient service with hot and fresh food. We visit frequently and have never been disappointed.
