They are usually busy but still fast. Cheaper than starbucks and tastes great. They have my order down pat

I absolutely love the ladies here! They make my coffee perfectly every day—it's a large iced caramel cream coffee with liquid sugar, and it's delicious!

During the busy 3 PM rush, the woman at the front counter was quite rude. I understand that it was a hectic time, but she could have waited for me to hand over my money before shouting at me to take my ice cream. I could have easily dropped my money or, worse, my ice cream. Of course, this isn't a reflection on the establishment itself. I'm a big fan of the mint chocolate chip ice cream here—better than anywhere else! I look forward to coming back frequently.

While waiting in line today, I witnessed a very disrespectful woman placing her order in front of us. It was evident that the racism was due to the fact that the woman behind the counter was not white. Despite the customer's excessive and rude remarks, the Baskin Robbins employee remained respectful and helpful. She truly deserves recognition and a raise for her professionalism!
