STEAK 'N SHAKE - Florence

The service here is usually horrible but if Joe West is your server that is not the case. I usually cringe when the kids want steak n' shake because of how bad the service has been in the past. We were so thankful to have a great server. He was attentive and if he wasn't waiting on a cistomers he was cleaning off tables or mopping the floor. Nice to see someone actually care about the customers and their job. Thanks again Joe!

I order from here about once a week and its so good everytime

Paid $10.00 for shakes from the shake bar and received Steak Shake shakes. It was the same shake, just $3.50 more.

They use steak and shake and charge $4 more per shake.

This is a Steak Shake ghost kitchen. Do not pay $4-6+ more for a shake, just order from Steak Shake.
