PANERA BREAD - Florence

Panerai is, as always, reliable middle ground food and service. Never awful, never great. But you can count on it.

Love this place! It is the first time I tried the bagels and they are soooo good! Also I tried the hot chocolate, and I like the fact that when I told them I wanted almond milk, they asked if they should remove the whipped cream; there food it is a good place to go if you are lactose intolerant or you have any diet restrictions.

Panera used to be great. Today I got half of a bacon turkey bravo that was so saturated with sauce the bread was soaked. It was gross. I had to scrape the sauce off with a butter knife and was shocked someone managed to get that much sauce on the sandwich. There was barely any bacon and barely any cheese either. My wife asked for no onions and of course her sandwich was loaded with onions. Hard pass going foward. It's a shame.

Could not get served. Everything we asked for they were out of. Happened the last time we were at Panera. Too bad used to really like that restaurant.
