Trattoria Lucia - Floral Park

The food was tasty, but the service was a letdown. Despite the restaurant not being too busy, they were out of several dishes. The waiter took 20 minutes to come back to take our order after informing us of the specials. This was disappointing as we had visited this restaurant many times in the past and the experience had always been much better.

Food quality was cheap. Quality of service by waitress was poor. Only the wine and martini were good.

We were greeted warmly, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were ample.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to receive drinks, 45 minutes for appetizers, and an hour and 15 minutes for entrees. Additionally, dirty appetizer plates were left on the table throughout the meal. On top of that, there was a charge of $3 for every seltzer ordered. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.
