Eat was good, but terrible workers! the type work window was super nice and then I tried a conversation with the girl next to him and she was unprofessional and then slammed the window, so I couldn't talk to her. I tried to stay calm, but honestly, she didn't have to treat me and my mom like that
When I ordered a whole bagel that was roasted with cream cheese and 2 separate dishes from espresso. these fools cannot follow simple directions. I will never go back and be in touch with you. espresso tasted like the bottom of a cup coffee, and the bagel was not roasted in the smallest piece, and the worker in the window had a setting.
I've been working very short here last year. I have over 12 years experience in the food industry. 5 of which in almost food I understand how important it is to ensure a fast service. almost every drive has a timer and employees are often put under pressure to keep the times under a certain number. however, this site prioritises the service speed via actual customer satisfaction. it's terrible. I have said several times, ie like a few seconds is not a big thing to make sure we order properly serve, or customers do not wait for hot, fresh eating / coffee. I have heard that seniors are verbally abused and rushed to complete their commands. in my experience most older people actually prefer to get into the inner, be forced to go through the drive through kovid is already an inconvenience. is pressed to order quickly and correctly would be overwhelming for someone who is not familiar with the menu. it seemed that the staff felt like inexperienced guests just slowed them down. in contrast to them help to make a choice, to conduct talks, ask to answer or make sure that they have a pleasant experience personal is encouraged to push them through the line. they go as far as they scream next door or order up and push the decoy coffee down so that the gast in the window feels under pressure and hurry. that is true, they have a decoy coffee cup filled with paper to feel the person in the window, as the gast behind them has already eat ready and wait for them only. that is the policy it was embarrassing to be expected as a board member to beat customers, hurry and abuse. I'm glad my work with them didn't last more than a few months. I've been happy with my new work since I've ever left the best decision there. service speed is important. some people probably appreciate it. but for hundreds of others I think they prefer quality and ease over speed more often than not take. there are other places that offer donuts and coffee for comparable prices and they get to say the side of the skyfare just.
I come through the drive through in the morning almost everyday well used to. I was always rushed my order was messed up and every time I would never get all my stuff handed to me they would yell “I’m on a timer” didn’t know a timer makes you able to ruin your customer service would give this place -5 stars if possible.
