Taco Bell - Flint

I am very disappointed in what I saw in Flint, TX Taco Bell.. the drive through lines were a little long so I chose to park and walk in to order I was the only one there so I figured it would be fast but of course I new there was a line outside the drive through… then a guy walked in places his ordered and his order was double of mine.. they never made my order they made his instead of mine.. then I approach the manager and told him I wanted a refund he ask the guy where my order was he said he hadn’t made it yet!!!! ??????????

I would give it less stars if i could there speaker for the drive thru is so loud it hurts....teyed to order my food the manger was taking my order and she kept cutting me off they i would have to repeat my self 2 to 3 times food tasted bad the beans tasted like powder save your self the money and time

Always good, gr8 job on accuracy for a large order at Old Jacksonville location, you got my order right at 155 location too! Yall were so kind to give us a coupon when we waited on 1 missed item to be made. Gr8 customer service in the drive thru!Vegetarian options: Power bowls without meat gr8!Dietary restrictions: Wd like to remove rice on cantina bowl but glad to have extra lettuce!

Food was good. The drinks were weird, I think she mixed pepsi and Dr pepper in both our cups because they both tasted like mixed...???Food: 4/5
